Early voting: Oct. 19 – Nov. 1

Any registered Hillsborough County voter can vote at any of the county's 27 early-voting sites, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. every day from Monday, Oct. 19, through Sunday, Nov. 1. The map's wait times are the ones the Supervisor of Elections reports for each site during early-voting hours.

Every early-voting site has a secure drop box for mail ballots, open during early-voting hours.

Election Day: Tuesday, Nov. 3

On Election Day you must vote at the polling place for your precinct, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Anyone in line at 7 p.m. can still vote. Enter your address in the guide above to find yours.

The Supervisor of Elections redrew some precinct lines this year, so check your polling place even if you voted in 2024. If you're unsure, use the Supervisor of Elections' precinct finder.

Voting by mail

The deadline to request a mail ballot is 5 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 22.

A voted mail ballot must reach the Supervisor of Elections by 7 p.m. on Election Day. Through Nov. 1, you can drop it off at any early-voting site during early-voting hours, or at any of the five Supervisor of Elections offices. On Nov. 2 and 3, take it to a Supervisor of Elections office. Polling places do not accept mail ballots.

If there's a problem with the signature on your mail ballot, you have until 5 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 5, to fix it. Here's how.

What to bring

Bring a current, valid photo ID that shows your signature. If your photo ID doesn't have a signature, bring a second ID that does. Florida accepts these photo IDs:

  • Florida driver's license
  • Florida ID card
  • U.S. passport
  • Debit or credit card
  • Military ID
  • Student ID
  • Retirement center ID
  • Neighborhood association ID
  • Public assistance ID
  • Veteran health identification card
  • License to carry a concealed weapon or firearm
  • Employee ID card issued by a government agency

Forgot your ID? You can still cast a provisional ballot. It counts if your signature matches the one on file.

Getting there

For every site, the guide lists the nearest HART bus stop and the routes that serve it, and the directions links open your maps app with transit directions. The TECO Line Streetcar is always free.

Accessibility

Every early-voting site and polling place has accessible voting equipment. You can bring someone to help you vote, as long as it isn't your employer or an officer or agent of your union. Voters with disabilities can also mark a mail ballot online.

More on voting with a disability from the Supervisor of Elections.
